開園当初からお世話になりました。すっかり英語が大好きになり、日常的に会話をするレベルまでになり感謝しています。日本の文化、行事、歌、作法などといったことについては身につかないことも多いので、家でのフォローは必要ですが、それ以上にさまざまな背景を持つ先生たちに愛情深く育ててもらい心が豊かに育ちました。
GG has a very warm atmosphere. The teachers and staff are friendly and warm. In school, it feels like family.
My daughter went to GG International School for approximately 2.5 years. As such, I know first-hand the virtues of this school.GG International School is not a zombie day care center. Instruction is in English and children are taught how to read, write, spell and communicate (with advanced vocabulary). Children also learn how to improve their motor skills and to problem solve. Teachers are from various countries and genders (but all are native English speakers with impeccable language skills), which makes the experience even more important and worthwhile since the children learn about different cultures and the importance of acceptance.My daughter went on various field trips and did cool experiments. Advanced/additional programs are also available, such as STEAM and specialized exercise classes. No this is not a University, this is a school for children up to age six! I am so impressed!!Of course, no curriculum is good without outstanding teachers. GG International School also shines in this respect. Every teacher my daughter had was extremely dedicated to teaching and took an active interest in the development and well-being of my child. They were like second parents. Special shout outs to (in alphabetical order) Mr. Brandon, Mr. Jordan, Ms. Lisa, Mr. Michael, and Ms. Yuko.GG International School is not only outstanding in my subjective opinion, but there is objective proof of its quality as my daughter was accepted into what some would consider a selective private school in Tokyo. My daughter's new teacher informed us that she is one of the top students in her class. Again, proof that GG International School greatly prepares its students for next steps.GG International School is also great for dual working parents, as instruction time lasts until approximately 6 PM and there is a home pickup and return bus service.My only complaint is that the school's administration can be inconsistent in the application of its policies, and a member of the senior administration believes that he is holier than God (perhaps due to his name). However, Ms. Ayano is absolutely the best and fixes mistakes.I have no hesitation recommending GG International School and want it to thrive.We are lucky we found GG International School and appreciate the positive impact it had on our daughter.
娘をGGに通わせていた者です。結論から言わせていただくと、ここ以上の保育園は私にとってはどこにもないです。本当に最高な保育園でした。まずアプリで毎日子供の様子が写真と文章で送ってもらい、どんなに楽しかったか、どんなことしてたのか、わかるので、子供との会話も弾みました。朝も連絡帳提出もアプリで入力するだけで、園からのお知らせも届き、紙を無くした などという問題がなく、大変便利でした。そして、習い事も、登園中に先生が習い事の場所まで送迎してくれて、お迎えは普段通りのお迎えでよく、子供もとても習い事を楽しんでいたので嬉しかったです。私はよく習い事の見学に子供たちをみてたのですが、みんなとっても楽しそうで、みんな明るくて、いつも私にネイティブな英語で話しかけてくれていました。私は英語が喋れないので、日本語で答えていましたが。英語が話せない私でも日本人の先生が日本語で話してくれたり、英語しか話せない先生は、携帯の翻訳機を使って伝えてくれていました。一年通って、今では娘の方が私よりも英語が話せるようになりました。また、先生はポジティブな言葉がけしか聞いたことがなく、注意の仕方もものすごく素敵で勉強になりました。入園説明会の時に校長先生が話していたのですが「自分の子供たちや生徒が、自信を持っていて、堂々としている。それは、愛されている、認められている、信頼されていると、子供たちが実感しているから」というようなことを話されていて、とても感動しました。保育園それぞれの教育方針はありますが、私にとってはGGの教育方針がとても賛同できて、大好きでした。習い事やお迎えの時に子供たちと接する機会が多かったのですが、自分の娘も含めて、生徒さん全員がとても明るくて、自信に満ち溢れていて、堂々としていました。とても個性を大切にしてくださる先生方のおかげで、みんな一人一人が、輝いていました。こうじゃなきゃダメ、こうする子が偉い、など、そのような固定概念を植え付けない、ありのままを愛してくれる、自由に生きられる保育園だと感じました。人間力を高める保育園だと思いました。さらには、たくさんの実験をしたり、お勉強をしたり、いつの間にか色々なことができるようになっていた娘を見て、何度も驚いてきました。本当にたくさんの経験をさせてくださいました。公園でお見かけした時には、先生が全力で遊んでくれていて、子供たちを軽々と持ち上げていて、子供たちは大喜びでみんな笑顔で、とても楽しそうでした。私はその光景を見て涙が出てきました。とても長くなりましたが、本当に最高の保育園です。本当にありがとうございました。心から感謝申し上げます。OCでも頑張ります。
A wonderful school with teachers from different countries. Looks like the kids from there have less struggle with different accents than a regular school

We send our kid for over 3 years:5 stars: the teachers are warm and friendly and did bond with our kid. Nevertheless, the language learning curve is plateauing at around first or second grade.What I did not like: -1 star: the teachers change like every 6-9 months - it’s heart breaking. admin: I dislike the many lengthy google forms for every interaction. the kidsly app sounded nice in the beginning but it is surprisingly cumbersome (you can’t just reach out through the app). cost: the pricing is okay, but if you do not stick to the letter and second to the process, you pay draconian extra fees. Eiken: Eiken test prep is not supported - maybe they do one day for an extra fee
