スキーの定宿として最適なゲレンデ直近の好立地です。
二日間宿泊した。食事は頼めば宿の方が作って出してくれるが、共有スペースのキッチンを自由に使わせてもらうこともできる。出発前のわれわれはそれならば食材を持っていって自分たちで料理すればいいと考えていたが、初日の夜くらい運転などで疲れているだろうし宿の方に作っていただこうと、到着した日は夕ご飯を作っていただいた。いやはや、これが大正解。シンプルではあるけれどとても丁寧に作られた料理の一品一品がどれも美味しい。ホッとする。一人用のお風呂もわたしはたいへん気に入った。今回は秋だったが、また別の季節にもうかがいたい。

スキーの定宿、ゲレンデにすぐ降りられる／近くまで滑って戻ってこれる好立地。各部屋床暖房で暖か。料理もおいしい。
Waking up in warm western style beds to look out to fresh snow dusted landscape, I can only describe our 4 days here as magical! Kazumi and Takashi (expert cyclist and ski/mountaineering guide) are wonderful hosts, guiding us in a wide range of activities. |As my teenage boys took off snowboarding with Kazumi’s son Jiro who makes sustainable snowboards from local timbers, my 84 year old mother and I were taken around to galleries and temples and exquisite cafes! We picked apples with local farmers and visited the #Kusunoki winery tasting some of the best wine this region has to offer. We soaked in the hotsprings within half an hour drive.|There are cross country walking trails all around the area offering spectacular mountain views and offering good chances to encounter local wildlife - foxes, deer, squirrels and bird life.|Kazumi and Takashi also prepare meals (our first dinner was a delicious ‘Nabe’ hot pot, served on fine china in a quaint European style living room - we felt so well taken care of! Highly recommended for families!
