Especially for riders of the Japan Pacific Coast Bike Path. I stumbled on this wicked place because it got dark, my legs were toast and I needed a place to stay. So I actually didn't make a reservation, I just knocked on his house door and asked if he had a room, basically.So glad I did. We ended up chatting that night, he drove me to the convenience store to get food. And he also chatted with me alot the next morning, it was more like meeting up with an old friend than staying at a place in a tiny town that has a stop sign, but no stop light if I recall.Anyway, about the place itself. Out of all the places I've stayed at in Japan, it had the Best bath area hands down at anyplace short of a bath house in Japan. The tub itself is huge and kind of shaped like a UFO. The toilet is really nice, like a high spec electric bidet. The dining area/lounge thing, whatever you call it has a nice soundbar and tables and such. There is a fridge and kitchen with all the things you would expect.The sleeping area is fine, it had plugs near the beds and neat little headlamp type lights. Dunno what else to add about it, I was tired so I slept?So the real highlight is the Host, I exchanged LINE info with him and stay in touch. If I'm ever back in the Izu area, I'm definately going back to the Bungee Inn.He even taught me the correct Japanese etiquette for business cards (there's so many details!), and he is a cyclist himself so he knows and understands the little things.....
