Purchasing is a little on the slow side but customer service and care for packages is done very well.Picking up is a little confusing, but those of you who pick up at their warehouse. When you find the correct building it is on the 4th floor.
I recently completed my first purchase through White Rabbit and I am very happy with the experience. Their staff is courteous and responsive, the website is smooth and efficient, and the service is exactly what it's advertised to be.One of the things that really impressed me is the quality of the packaging. I was purchasing something delicate so I paid the small fee for extra padding. My package arrived today and was meticulously packaged, padded, and boxed. Japan Rabbit is amazing! In the past, I would have quality, dried goods shipped to me from Japan (e.g., dried shiitake) but a lot of smaller stores have a hard time shipping international. Japan Rabbit is perfect for this! Website is easy to use, they're very fast and responsive with ordering and providing updates, they clearly list the shipping fees, and my items were carefully packaged and arrived on time as scheduled. (Please note that my shipping fees were quite pricey only because JapanPost stopped services to the US and FedEx and UPS don't do food items to the US anymore thanks to tariffs so only DHL is left). I've used them a few times now and everything is so convenient and seamless and I absolutely will be using Japan Rabbit again :)
