The location is excellent. It's easily accessible by car or taxi, has a spacious entrance for luggage, and the interiors are very clean. It also has adequate supplies for the guests. The bathroom and toilet area is spacious and quite comfortable.Guests with large suitcases could struggle to store or move their bags around. Cooking something is almost impossible due to space constraints.The Lawson, available 24/7, on the ground floor (1st floor in Japan), is another strong argument for choosing this option. It's extremely convenient for grabbing food, drinks, toiletries, or accessories.
Great spot to stay and quite spacious. Fully equiped and neat and clean. Only thing is a bit of a walk up the hill from the station and with a heavy suitcase after a long flight...But highly recommended for price and location.
公寓感覺上以月租客為主，但同時會以日租形式出租給旅客。但以日租旅客來說，配套不足。露台沒有拖鞋提供，我們除了要自行購買室內拖鞋外，也要購買拖鞋作露台之用。另外，沒有提供垃圾袋更換。如果是月租客相信問題不大，但如果以我們住七晚為例，就不是太方便。另外我們是兩大一細，但公寓所提供的餐具都是以二人為主。如果公寓能為日租客提供更多的硬件配套，相信入住率會有所提升。另外，我覺得公寓的梳化床及睡房內的床褥不是太舒適。此外，大堂通風不足，有一浸裝修氣味令人不適。
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tokyo!This flat met all my expectations and made me feel like I was truly living in the city, not just visiting as a tourist. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the station, making it super convenient to get around, and right next to a convenience store, which was incredibly handy.The apartment itself was spotless, with a fresh refurbishment that made everything feel new and well-maintained. It had all the amenities I needed, so I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. Whether it was cooking a quick meal or just unwinding after a day out, everything was set up for a smooth experience.More than just a place to sleep, this flat gave me the sense of actually being part of Tokyo life. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both practical and immersive, this is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!
Room is new and big. However, it’s far away from train station and there are uphill and downhill on the way - it’s more suitable for backpackers.
一連住了8天，地點相當方便，走路就到地鐵站，價格不貴，內部還裝潢得很漂亮，所有生活需要的用品器材都有提供，電視有Netflix帳號登入，晚上看電視不會無聊。
走到大崎車站只要7min，走到都營淺草線只要8min，樓下就有便利商店，廚房洗衣機都有，電視還有netflix，整體住起來非常舒適，會推薦給計畫來東京旅遊的朋友。
Newly built so everything very tidy with many amenities and appliances, just no toothbrush and toothpaste provided which is little inconvenient. No housekeeping service before checkout, and need to bring all the rubbish to 1/F by yourself. Comfy bed. We equipped air conditioning and bath system. Just like a modern home of a Japanese. 10 mins walk from Osaki station which is still ok as the direction is easy.
This is my first time in Tokyo and I had a great experience staying at Dash Living Osaki.I am 6'3" and the living space was roomy. Bed was very comfortable which fit me just fine. Definite plus to having a hot water boiler, microwave, refrigerator and basic cooking essentials. There is also a heater/AC unit.Location is very convenient, 10 min walk to Osaki station and a 15 min walk to Togoshi station. For those flying into Narita there is a direct train that goes to Togoshi. Just keep in mind it is about a 2 hour ride. There's a ginza near the Togoshi area which makes it very accessible to access food/daily necessities.Check in and check out process was simple and easy to follow.I recommend this place if you're looking for a place that's clean, quiet and comfortable. I am sensitive to noise and was able to get a good night's rest every night.I hope others have the same experience that I did. 5 stars all around!Thank you Dash Living Osaki!
