Service could not have been any more exceptional, after traveling from australia and struggling to claim our JR Passes across multiple stations both Ai and Ami assisted in our claim. On top of this they created a welcoming enjoyable enviroment and a great time overall. Wish we could have more people like you both in Australia the service was incredible.
we travelled through multiple stations trying to figure out how to exchange our JR passes until we ended up at this office. instead of just figuring out how to exchange our vouchers, we also ran into the two nicest women on the planet. Ms. Ami and Ms. Ai, you will always have a place in our hearts. Come visit Australia soon 🫶🇦🇺
Today I went here to convert my JR pass reservation to a ticket. I found two precious young women who helped me and my partner with so much passion and dedication. Their service was truly incredible. I will visit the area because of them!
用があり寄らさてもらいましたが従業員の対応は良かったです。
JRの関連会社で、11〜17時だがチケットが買える。インバウンド対応。現在、一日２回予約制で、高輪の案内もしている。
まちびらきのオープン時に訪問しました。壁面のタッチパネルの大型モニターにはわかりやすく観光向け写真の表示があったり、リアルタイムでの翻訳ができるマイク機能付きモニタ表示、VRなどが、設置されてました。訪日客含めて最新の観光案内施設です。

Not crowded, hands down best place to get your passes reserved and printed. Staff were friendly, patient, and strove to help as much as they can even when it took a while. They also asked me to sign up to the train newsletter and gave me a keychain :)
