飛騨の食材を使った"シェフおまかせランチ"が絶品で美味しかったです。
瀬戸川の近くに位置し、アクセスが良くて落ち着ける雰囲気でした。
東京のシェフによるポップアップコンセプトでユニークな料理を楽しめました。
A beautiful Japanese-European fusion style restaurant with excellent food. Especially the pizza and crepe really transported us back to Europe. This was without a doubt the best crepe I've had! A very pleasant surprise.We had a great time and a lovely conversation the hosts. Amazingly talented and very knowledgeable! Thank you for the hospitality!
Ce café sans prétention nous a fait vivre une expérience culinaire ! Le service amicale ,et les plats dégustés étaient tous excellents , la viande de venaison, les pâtes au maquereau et à l’aubergine , ainsi que le flétan comme mets principaux :succulents ! Les entrées , patée de foie de volaille et de porc et salade de chou , également excellentes! Les desserts: tarte aux pommes, ainsi que pannacotta . Le jeune chef talentueux est venu nous parler et nous expliquer certains de ses ingrédients savoureux utilisés dans les plats que nous avions dégustés . Et pour finir des financiers servís sur une planche au décor forestier. Nous recommendons fortement ! Selon ce que nous avons compris les chefs y sont invités et y viennent pour une certaine période de temps . Les ingrédients utilisés sont de la région!

Absolutely excellent. We found this based on recent reviews and they were right! Super friendly atmosphere and fantastic food. The chef is from Osaka and contemporary Japanese fusion. Very fresh ingredients locally sourced. Highly recommend!
My wife and I were visiting Hida Furukawa when we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a restaurant. 😊The staff saw us standing outside looking at the menu, and they explained that the restaurant is having a popup concept helmed by a chef from Tokyo.We had the Hida Roast Beef Salad and the Hida Chicken Steak with Seasonal Vegetables. Both turned out to be amazing! The ingredients are so fresh and the skill of the chef really showed through how fantastic both courses tasted! 👍*I have to add that the picture of the Hida Roast Beef Salad isn't entirely accurate, as we had eaten part of it, before I remembered to take a photo! 😂*We were impressed enough to order 2 desserts, one is a Yogurt Sorbet and the other is a cheesecake. Again, both were made using local ingredients, and they were the perfect ending to the meal! 🎉We will strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal lovingly created using local Hida ingredients.

落ち着いた雰囲気で食事も美味しくて、スタッフさんも優しくフレンドリーでとても良かったです。
猫連れでも快く入れていただいて、メニューもとても美味しくて素晴らしかったです。

We had a great lunch here! We couldn't find many places open and we decided to give this a go and we're glad we went in! The pasta of the day and roast beef were both really well cooked, the waitress spoke perfect English and she was very nice. They even played music from the movie Your Name after they learned that I was in Hida taking photos from the movie locations 🥰 Would definitely go again if I come back to Hida
