This hotel checks the box for us - very near train stations - a short few minutes walk away from HAMAMATSUCHO Station and Daimon Station and the Haneda airport monorail, and rooms large enough for our family of five. Housekeeping was done every 3rd day, which wasn’t an issue for us since they provided enough fresh towels to change daily if we wanted to. The room had a washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and utensils. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent Brand new apartment hotel. Big rooms everything you need to live and survive in Japan. Great neighborhood too. Close to train, found everything you need!
Stayed here with family for a week and it was a comfortable stay. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Definitely worth a second stay
I stayed at Premium Apart MONday Hamamatsucho Station twice shortly after the hotel opened (April 12–13 and April 14–17, 2026).As a newly opened property, I had high expectations regarding cleanliness and room condition. Unfortunately, during both stays, we encountered hygiene issues involving the bedding and mattress condition.Before using the bedding, we found stray hairs attached to the duvet while it was still stored in the closet, and there were also visible stains/dirt on the mattresses. The same issue occurred again during our second stay. I reported the matter to the front desk and provided photo evidence.Because we had already unpacked our luggage late at night, requesting another round of cleaning was not very practical at that point, so we ended up handling part of the cleaning ourselves.To be fair, the hotel later acknowledged that the cleaning and final inspection procedures had been insufficient and formally apologized for the issue.However, despite multiple polite follow-up emails over an extended period of time, I unfortunately stopped receiving any response at all regarding the matter.What disappointed me most was not only the repeated cleanliness issue itself, but also the complete lack of follow-up communication afterward.I genuinely hope the hotel improves both its housekeeping standards and customer support process in the future, especially as a newly opened property with good potential.
10/10, so close to the train station, and HUGE rooms! Washing machine/dryer and kitchenette in room. The staff were exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

I was a little hesitant to stay here knowing we checked in on their grand opening but was impressed all around. The rooms were big enough for my family of 5. Super clean and modern with a Japanese touch. There was a washer and dryer that we used a few times. The location was convenient. Super close to hamamatsucho station and Daimon station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.The only downside is that it’s close to the train tracks so you could hear it BUT not so much that it bothers you. At night the trains stop so it’s quiet while sleeping.I would def recommend and would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the quality of the hotel and the staff service. The accommodations are newly built and opened this year so all of the rooms are modern with nice amenities. The staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout for a short period of time. We appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms and also having a washing machine in the room. The room was big enough to accomodate our family of five, it wasn't a large space but functional and modern. The location of the hotel is close to easy transit options to the airport and around the city.
