상상 이상으로 넓고 쾌적한 곳, 하지만 무인이라 이용이 복잡함.
C'était merveilleux, avoir autant de place c'est exceptionnel. On était 6 personnes, entre adultes et enfants. Les lit sont confortables, la salle de bain et super, hyper bien équipée. Je suis très satisfaite. Le prestataire sont à l'écoute et gentil. Merci!
We really love the place. The whole setup of the place is astounding compared on the exterior of the building. The only thing is that they have very small elevator that could barely fit two people with two luggages each (though you can squeeze in try to make it fit) - the elevator doors closes so quick and fast so be extra careful.
東京少有價錢非常合理的大房間，有三張雙人床，可住6人，可以打開六個大gip。廁所乾濕分離，房間乾淨，美中不足沒有浴缸，酒店設施齊全（多包後備紙巾，拖把，急救箱）。距離大門站五分鐘，濱松町十分鐘，來回羽田機場方便。附近有7-11, family mart, Lawson，附近亦有大量連鎖餐廳松屋，上島咖啡店，鳥貴族，mos… (麥當勞裝修中)。需要留意，這次退房當天撞正日本公眾假期，酒店沒有寄存服務，而濱松町站現在進行大維修，coin locker 極少，這次我們要拉行李到東京站才能寄存。而且房間只有廚房和廁所兩個垃圾桶，不能分類，而且我們住較多天，掉垃圾較麻煩，需要自行聯絡酒店收走。總括而言，下次再來東京家庭旅行，會再次選擇 illi Surp Shiba-park。
It was very pleasant experience staying here. Apartment is very clean and full of amenities. We enjoyed our stay. I wish I could have stayed here much longer. I was trying to get this for 2 nights but was not available for another night. I also tried to book for another 4 nights in the month end but agin not available. This is the best place to stay in Tokyo.

周辺のオススメ
El apartamento es espacioso y muy cómodo. Sin embargo, nos costó bastante encontrarlo. Además el ascensor olía mal y es pequeño para subir una familia de tres con carrito y dos maletas; encima, la puerta no te daba tiempo para salir, se cerraba prácticamente en cuanto se abría.El check-in es autónomo y eficaz, pero hacerlo a las 4 de la tarde y un check-out a las 10 de la mañana, nos pareció abusivo.Aunque el apartamento es nuevo y tiene los esenciales, echamos en falta un trapo de cocina, una máquina para hacer café y un hervidor de agua o microondas. Asimismo, la luz del baño no funcionaba bien: se apagaba y encendía cuando le daba la gana.Nos pareció demasiado caro para las prestaciones. No volveríamos.
