大阪ミナミの屋台村祭で道頓スマッシュバーガーをいただきました！お肉の香ばしさとジューシーさが絶妙で、ひと口食べた瞬間に美味しいと感じるハンバーガーでした。バンズとの相性も良く、最後まで大満足。また食べに行きたいです！

Richard's burgers are amazing! If you're in the area and you're craving some good, homemade smash burgers please give him a try. I got the Miso Mayo Burger and it was absolutely tasty. The beef was juicy and so flavorful. The coleslaw was delicious, too! You won't be disappointed. Some of his proceeds goes to a non profit organization he manages for children, so you're paying for good food and a good cause. Give this place a go!
I got the wagyu shiitake burger, and it is the best burger I’ve ever had.I’ve eaten a lot of burgers, some bad, most good, and some really good. I don’t tend to write reviews for them though, as even those really good ones were lacking something that would let me call them the best without harboring some kind of doubt. Until this burger, I didn’t understand why that was the case, as for some of them I felt as if I couldn’t get enough, and that had to be good, right?I no longer think that’s the case. If you eat something that still makes you eat more of it even when full, then it’s failing to achieve true satisfaction. That’s just substance abuse. Just prior to this burger, I actually just ate another one from a different restaurant. It was good, and honestly I didn’t even think I would have room for another one. Yet, it didn’t quell my desire to eat. It was missing an ending, unbalanced in its approach. Finally, I’ve been able to break through to a personal understanding.This smash burger, with its few but well balanced ingredients, did a wonderful job at making me not want to eat more after finishing it. The cheese and mushrooms supported the savoriness of the wagyu patty, which had a perfect crust and soft inside. Normally, I’d have an issue with simple smash burgers because they would be overwhelmingly greasy and rich, but this burger had a homemade onion sauce that cut out that unpleasantness with an interesting acidity. It also improved the clarity of the patty texture, which at have otherwise been smoothed by the cheese. The bun was present but not in the way, just as it should be. While the burger as a whole is balanced, each bite is different. But this is good. Rather than uniform bites that have all flavors blending together into a generic mess, the uneven flavors in each bite are countered by a subsequent bite, and in doing so highlight the role of each ingredient and allow for its appreciation. The goal of the burger and its ingredients are focused and bring closure to the experience. I will eat this burger again, but it doesn’t have to be in the same sitting.The chef owner clearly knows what he is doing, and I am glad I was able to enjoy the product of his decades of experience and upgrade the way I consider food.

The place is hard to find, but as soon as you find it the food is delicious, the services is good. The owner is a very cool guy. Burgers were very tasty and delicious.
