I applied using them for a single-entry visa to attend a conference, and I got the visa approved exactly within a week. I communicated with Aya-san via e-mail, and was handled by Sangje Lee-san directly in-person. The whole process was relatively easy and without any problems, so I recommend them if you can't get an appointment by yourself!

Got korean visa from japan within a week, the staff was hospitable and responded quickly.
This was included in the list of authorized travel agencies from the South Korean embassy.They were quick to respond (via email) during the initial application. But after we sent the documents and payment, they did not send any confirmation email or updates. We had to call and send email multiple times to get updates about our application.We did get a visa grant within 2 weeks, but the waiting period without any updates was nerve-wracking. I hope they'd change their process in the future and provide full transparency for their clients.
