世田谷区桜上水は静かな地域で、快適な宿泊が楽しめる場所です。
モダンなバスルームが特徴で、共有設備もきれいに保たれています。
駅まで徒歩10分の好立地で、周辺には24時間営業の飲食店が豊富にあります。
One of the best affordable and feature rich places that we had booked in our Japan trip. Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

初めての民泊でしたが、口コミ通りの素晴らしいお家でした！築浅のお宅で入った瞬間から良い香りがして、お部屋もトイレもバスルームも全てキレイで安心して過ごせました。連泊したいので9月の連休に予約を取りました。
Yumi真的是很好的老闆🥹房子非常乾淨沒有味道，床鋪也很好睡。東西應有盡有超幸福的，謝謝Yumi 租給我們這麼好的房子ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ❤️下次來東京一定會再來住～

Yumi is a wonderful host. The rooms are lovely. Situated on a quiet suburb with acres to ask the essentials -restaurants, 7/11 and other shops. 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from Shinjuku. I couldn't recommend her piece highly enough.
Great guest house in Sakurajosui, Setagaya, Tokyo. Sakurajosui is probably my favorite neighborhood in Tokyo so far, very comfortable.The house is amazing with very modern bathrooms and restrooms.
