I spent three incredible months in this house and I will never forget it. Everyone I lived with was polite, clean, quiet, and friendly (including the Azerbaijan man mentioned in another review, he's extremely kind). I formed many strong friendships. The management company was great and clearly explained everything I needed to know.Residents are given a budget by the management company to host a house dinner party every month. The company also throw holiday parties a few times a year open to the residents in all of their share houses.Sometimes the company's rules were strict, but I also understand that strict rules are the best way to manage dozens of people over many houses.I only left because i had to find a pet-friendly apartment As long as you are respectful and kind, I highly recommend Arden as a place to live!
