The location is great. It's on a quiet, private street but still very close to the station. There are plenty of nice shops, super markets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance.The apartment has everything I needed, with more than enough amenities and lots of cleaning supplies. The interior is also well planned. It made my stay very comfortable and convenient.
We had a wonderful experience staying with SUMII in a beautiful apartment with 2 large beds (hard to find in Tokyo).My favorite part is that the apartment came with a washer/dryer in unit and had a separate area for the living space. The apartment was super clean and Sandra was so easy to work with. She was very attentive and helped me with all of the questions I had.
Had a wonderful stay in Summi roppongi! The location was so centrally located, that going to any places, like Meguro, harajuku, shibuya and etc… is almost just 10-30 mins away, which is quite impressive considering how big Tokyo is. Not to mention the Donki right across the street that opens 24/7!The apartment itself was very clean and modern, and as someone who cooks frequently, the pans and pots were pretty high quality too!Would recommend Summi to everyone!

Even within the same building, units managed by SUMIl are on a different level. I highly recommend applying through them if you can. The unit was newly renovated, and the furniture, amenities, and supplies were all of very good quality - not the cheap items you often see in serviced apartments.I've been staying in temporary accommodation for the past three months, and the last month I spent with SUMII was by far the most comfortable and relaxing.Also, my agent was always very helpful, kind, and easy to reach whenever I needed assistance. Her support made the whole experience even better.
Stayed at Sumi Apt and had a really great experience. The location is excellent — right in Roppongi, with a FamilyMart nearby, good coffee spots around the corner, and easy access to Azabudai Hills.The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very thoughtfully designed. It felt new, stylish, and was genuinely comfortable to stay in after long days out exploring Tokyo. The team was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother.A great choice if you want somewhere convenient, clean, and comfortable in a prime area. Would happily stay again.
I stayed in a Sumii apartment at Takanawa Residence for 3 months. The location was great and the building was very quiet even though there was a hospital next door. There are restaurants, convenient stores within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean and well furnished with a nice couch in the living room. TV, internet, sauna, washing machine added to the convenience and enjoyment. Sandra was very helpful if I needed anything I would definitely stay at this apartment when I come to Tokyo.

Hawker and Sandra were very helpful and responded very quickly to inquiries. Had some trouble with my credit card payment, but the team helped split up the payments successfully. Unit itself is great (Nishi Gotanda) and close to MRT stations. Highly recommended and will try different locations in the future.
