冬の日差しの下、感じるアルプちゃんの幸せな笑顔が印象的です。

アルプちゃんは松本市のマスコットキャラクター。普段は緑色の服を着ており、手にバイオリンを持っているようだ。松本城限定の忍者バージョン。

I enjoyed visiting the Matsumoto City Mascot Character 「Alp-chan Ninja version」 with my wife. Even if the visit is in the middle of winter, an unusually warm day for the alps fills us with a sense of happiness. Under the sun with a light wind, I can really feel the happy smile of Alp-chan. For those who are concerned with details, it is a Friday, January 24, and the time is 10:45.Visit the Matsumoto Castle. When I enter the honmaru through the Kouraimon gate in the southeast, purchase the tickets at the ticket counter before approaching the Black Gate. Even if it is a Friday, there is no line to purchase the tickets. For those who want to see Alp-chan Ninja version from a distance, it is possible to see him from the Kouraimon gate without buying a ticket. Because it is a mascot character to promote the city, visiting without purchasing a ticket seems a little . . . well, as for me, the ticket price is worth it for this Alp-chan!Normally, Alp-chan wears a mountain-shaped hat like the Northern alps, with a flower decoration. His smile expresses the firendly nature of the Matsumoto people, and his green clothing expresses the abundant nature of Matsumoto. Alp-chan is famous for his violin, representing the musical nature of the city. Alp-chan Ninja version has some notable differences, such as a dark shinobi shozoku instead of the green clothing. Perhaps Alp-chan Ninja version is too busy guarding Matsumoto castle to practice the violin. Instead of the viloin, he has a shinobigatana on his back. I can be relieved that even as a ninja, Alp-chan does not hide his smiling face, and the alps hat and flower remain to show the friendly and nature loving attitude of Alp-chan.Greeting new visitors with the Alp-chan Ninja version seems a little conspicuous for a Ninja, but my wife and I were happy to see Alp-chan this way on such a warm winter day.
