A hidden gem in Tokyo – absolutely perfect for familiesTOMI Ginza was genuinely one of the best surprises of our trip to Japan. We stayed here as a family of four, and after experiencing several hotels during our trip, TOMI really stood out.The apartment is exceptionally spacious by Tokyo standards, beautifully designed and absolutely spotless. Everything feels new, thoughtful and high quality, from the comfortable beds and stylish interiors to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Having this much space to relax together after long days exploring Tokyo made a huge difference, especially when travelling with children.What makes TOMI truly special, though, is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming, and you get the feeling that they genuinely care about their guests. It has the service and attention to detail of a great boutique hotel, while still giving you the privacy and space of your own apartment.We also loved the location. You are within easy reach of Ginza and several train stations, but the immediate neighbourhood is quiet, safe and feels much more local than the busiest tourist areas. For us, it was the perfect combination.And having such a good coffee shop downstairs is a fantastic bonus — a great way to start the morning before heading out into Tokyo.TOMI is still relatively new and perhaps not yet as well known as some of Tokyo’s larger hotels, but I suspect that won’t last long. It is a wonderful place, particularly for families looking for space, comfort, design and genuinely warm hospitality.We would choose TOMI Ginza again without hesitation on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended.
Very good and clean accommodation. Room is of a very good size. Rare in Japan. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to stay near Ginza
We were looking for clean and new apartment with walking distance to Ginza, and here it is, Tomi Ginza is the answer to our pray.Our 2-bedroom apartment is 70 square meters usable space, very spacious. Equiped with everything we need, modern, high tech, Marantz sound system.Staffs are very friendly and act efficiently. She even draw a very cute note wishing us safe trip home.Only area to improve is the sofa, which to fabric is a bit harsh to the skin if you sit with your pajamas. However the staff gave us bed sheet to cover it, so problem solved.I regret that we stayed only 4 nights. I wish to stay even longer for my next trip, a week or two, maybe. I will recommend this place to all my friends.
ホテルの入口を入ると、まずカフェの心地よい空間が広がり、コーヒーの香りに包まれながらチェックインができます。客室は1フロア1室のみの造りで、他の宿泊客と顔を合わせることがほとんどなく、とても静かでプライベート感のある滞在を楽しめました。室内は木の温もりを感じる北欧テイストのインテリアで統一されており、家具や照明、ファブリックまで丁寧にコーディネートされています。リビングとベッドルームのどちらも落ち着いた雰囲気で、まるで自宅で過ごしているかのような安心感がありました。特に印象的だったのはDynaudioのサウンドバーです。音の解像度が高く、映画や音楽を楽しむ時間が非常に贅沢なものになりました。また、カフェと同じデザインの照明が客室にも採用されており、建物全体の世界観に統一感がある点も素晴らしいと感じました。細部までこだわりが感じられる空間づくりが印象的で、滞在中は終始快適に過ごすことができました。全体としては非常に完成度が高く、都内でゆったりとした時間を過ごしたい方におすすめできる素敵なホテルでした。

My wife, daughter & Mother in law had the privilege of staying at TOMI. We had a tremendous stay & would highly recommend it to anyone seeking somewhere central to stay. It was only a short walk to the shopping districts, public transport & numerous small izakayas. Our apartment was a great spot to rest after a long day walking the streets of Ginza. John was a great source of local knowledge. We hope to someday return.
