The rooms and building are fine, shared kitchen is nice to have. As always carrying luggage upstairs is a pain so try not to stay at the top floor. Access is simple either from Minami-Sunamachi or Ōjima stations, albeit not a quick walk. The area is very quiet and chill.

My room 301 is nice. Its clean and quiet. The vicinity is rather boring even there is a local shopping street. I was only one time in the kitchen, it is stinky and overaged.
