患者に対して親切で、急な相談にも温かく対応してくれます。
I was in Shinjuku and needed to fill a prescription on a Sunday, so I gave them a try. I had difficulty finding it, as it is within Bic Camera, yet is actually a separate tiny shop situated within the 3rd floor electronics department (not the 2nd floor pharmacy/drugstore section of Bic Camera). I am a foreigner and I speak very little Japanese, but the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. They have an intake form in English, the pharmacist spoke some English, and he provided English documentation for my prescription. I was surprised because another foreigner in the reviews had issues several years ago, but it appears they have since put effort into being inclusive (appropriate for a pharmacy next to Shinjuku Station). I don’t expect Japanese businesses to use English, but I am extremely grateful for it when medicine is involved. The prescription was prepared quickly. Most importantly to me, they were patient and warm despite my limitations. Being an immigrant can be draining, especially when feeling unwell, so I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.
