Place is quaint and the host was very helpful in providing information prior our trip, and answering questions. This place is close to the train station. Restaurants and stores are within walkable distances.
Our family of 5 (adults) stayed here in Sep 2023 in the ground floor flat, which has access to the rear garden.The property is clean and comfortable with a separate kitchen/dining area.It had enough space for us all and was a much better option than selecting 2 hotel rooms. It has more space and the ability to prep and eat meals in comfort when necessary.The location is excellent. It's very close to a subway station which will get you to into Shinjuku and Shibuya districts very quickly.There are supermarkets nearby, including the excellent Life supermarket. The food at the Life supermarket is very good, especially their in-house freshly prepped sushi.I would happily stay here again if I ever got the chance to revisit Tokyo.
Great location with small supermarket across the road. The apartment felt private but was spacious. Clean and comfortable, with very nice seating area next to sunny window overlooking garden. We did not want to leave! All correspondence with owner was easy and friendly. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for a boring generic cookie-cutter Western hotel room with room service and a concierge, this is not for you. But if you want a comfortable, convenient, immersive experience of living almost like a local, with full amenities, and a facility that has been equipped by a detail-oriented host who has anticipated everything you might need— these rooms tick off all the boxes. 👍🏼
すごく広くて清潔、快適に過ごせました。２家族一緒にでも泊まれる、十分な広さです。家電類もしっかり揃っており暮らす感覚で宿泊できる場所です。
家族3人で近場での観光の滞在に利用しました。お部屋も清潔ですし、必要なものは揃っているので家にいるのと変わらない便利さでした。1階はバリアフリーの作りになっているので、小さい子供がいますが段差でつまづく心配もないのがありがたかったです。

Great 1st location when staying in Tokyo. Right across the road from Family mart so prime location. Always stacked with the best egg sandos. Highly recommend staying here for 10 days as your close to the train line and the surrounding areas are amazing to walk to.Even saw a Liberty walk skyline R34 driving around which is a bonus.10/10
