This is one of the greatest place that I've been, the view, the walking distance, the comfort of the clean space. It's all perfect!The host was really responsive and not even once whenever i contacted them that they replied back more than 3 minutes after I sent my message.The check in instruction is really clear and easy, it has elevator to access your room, the room is really clean and smells nice! They even let you store your luggage even after you checked outReally convenient to go anywhere, there's even a bathhouse near the property so you can kick back and relax after a long day in Tokyo.Overall I would definitely come back to Zaito if I were to visit tokyo again!

The hotel is conveniently located near 5 minutes walk to the oshiage station. We booked this hotel on airbnb. We did not meet any staff during our stay. The check in and check out was explained well in english on the airbnb communication. There is a supermarket, ramen restaurant, poke restaurant, convenience store all within a 3 minute radius. We loved the whole area. What was not great that there was no room cleaning for the entire stay and if you needed one you needed to pay for it as with a price of 100 pound a day that is expected. The apartment hotel also has a cooker, washerdryer, microwave and fridge. The shower and toilets are great. Will book here again if we return if they offer free room cleaning after 3 days of stay.Also there is a fantastic view of the skytree from the terrace of the hotel.
Das Hotel ist super auf Anfragen wird schnell reagiert Absprachen sind kein Problem die Lage ist super gut man kann alles gut erreichen das Zimmer ist etwas klein um zwei Koffer auszubreiten aber es ist perfekt wenn man seine Priorität sowieso darauf legt mehr unterwegs zusein das Zimmer war sauber und es gibt eine Waschmaschine
The place is affordable and conveniently located about 10-12 minutes from Kinshicho Station. While it’s a small unit, it’s clean, simple, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Although it’s an unattended property, the hosts are responsive and helpful via messaging. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin. Overall, a great experience!
位置很好可以步行去晴空塔，附近餐馆和便利店都有便利程度满分。房间内还能直接看到晴空塔下次如果再来日本的话还会选择这里的。

객실 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 주변이 주택가라 조용하고, 가까운 곳에 편의점과 음식점도 있어서 산책하며 돌아다니기 좋아요. 호스트분도 메일로 연락함에도 굉장히 빠른 속도로 답변해주십니다. (메일임에도 소통이 빨라서 너무 좋았어요.) 위치가 오시아게 역까지 가는게 조금 거리가 있습니다. 여름날 여행하기에는 역과의 거리가 좀 있어 땀 날 수 있어요.아쉬운 점은 연박으로 주무실 시 중간에 객실청소가 불가능하다는 점입니다. 너무 오래 머물게 되면 쓰던 이불을 계속 쓰고 해야해서 그 점이 걸리시는 분들은 좀 그럴 수 있습니다.옆방과 벽간 소음이 존재할 수 있습니다. 조용한 분들끼리면 상관없는데, 시끄러운 분들이 있으면 소음이 그대로 관통합니다.
