Great experience so far. Building is very modern with thick concrete walls with good noise isolation. Staff communicates in english sufficiently. Process to pay for rental and move-in instructions are very straightforward. One note that this particular location is very close to the train station, so you will often hear trains going by but I do not mind. I would recommend this service and building to any foreigners looking to stay in Tokyo.
