Three females staying for 1 week in a triple room. As expected the room had minimal walking space but we had a bed each, washing machine, kitchenette, toilet and wet room so was perfectly adequate for us. It’s also nice the toilet and sink are separate to the wet room especially with 3 people having to shower. Not sure if it was due to the extra bed but we had no wardrobes due to lack of space and so had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. Didn’t bother us. Location was perfect!! Close to Ueno station but don’t follow google maps and exit 5b from station, as you come out on the bridge. We found exit 3 was ground level at the corner of the street. 7/11 around the corner was our morning staple. We had to select our 2 cleaning day preferences during our stay and they forwarded our luggage to the next hotel with no issues. (Bring your luggage to front desk the day prior to check out before midday). Quiet location but a short walk to ameyoko market which is lively in the evenings. If I was staying again in Ueno then would definitely pick this hotel again.

办理入住手续时已是半夜，但前台服务很周到，让人放心。
駅から近くて便利でした。近くにコンビニや飲食店も多くあり滞在中困ることはありません。お部屋も広く、キッチンがあり、調理器具が揃っているので普段通りの生活が出来ました。
とても綺麗で長期滞在向きです。

周辺のオススメ
The location is perfect, just a 5 mins walk to Ueno station. There are a lot of nice restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is way larger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo and it is very well equipped. There is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The AC worked perfectly. I was very impressed by the fact that the shower can be converted into a clothes dryer - this is so efficient and smart. The toiletries were of a very good quality. The room was clean, the bed really comfy, with nice and clean linen and pillows. The staff was very nice and polite. We were able to take 2 umbrellas for free from the reception which we returned at the end of the day.
