I was looking for a hotel for 2 adults and 1 child in Golden Week, and I found it after looking at a hotel with a narrow and ridiculous price.I have a child and I was very satisfied because only the mattress was placed. It was equipped with a microwave and tableware, so it was easy to cook and eat. It was easy to do laundry because there was a washing machine and an iron.The disadvantage is that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, but the disadvantages are covered by covering all the remaining advantages.It's a pity that I couldn't use the nearby bathhouse because of my busy schedule.

Location is amazing, super close to the station. Room had everything we needed. The host was really quick to reply and helped us a lot. Would stay again!
東京で超お得なゲストハウス！+ 立地：JR鶯谷駅から徒歩4分、日暮里駅（山ノ岳線）からも約10～15分と、とても便利！周辺施設：隣に銭湯があり、ファミリーマート、セブンイレブン、スーパーマーケットも近くにあります。マクドナルドやドン・キホーテも駅近くにあります。宿泊施設：とても清潔で、バスタブ、独立したトイレ、洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、IHクッキングヒーター、アイロン、掃除機など、必要なものはすべて揃っています！東京で駅のすぐ近くにこんなに広々としたゲストハウスを見つけるのは珍しいです。今まで泊まった中で最高のゲストハウスです！
Brilliant location with easy access to all the main spots in Tokyo. Really good value for the price, clean and feels quite new. Would definitely come back.
The location is excellent and transportation is convenient. The price exceeded my expectations, but it was perfect for a family trip. I had previously stayed in smaller hotels in Japan, so I tried this one and had a fantastic experience! The staff responded quickly to my messages, and we could even buy ingredients to make sushi and ramen with the kids in the room. The accommodations made for a more memorable trip.
Great location,the station is literally just around the corner. No elevator, but great value. The washer-dryer is super convenient, and all the appliances are new and well-equipped. Would stay again!
