This is not a two star park. Not sure about the other reviewers, but it has a lot to recommend it. Park has lots of benches around the perimeter, a playground, a sandbox, swings, a shaded picnic table and a single restroom.What I look for in a park:1) A place to sit and relax and maybe enjoy a snack2) Shade. An escape from the hot Japanese summer sun3) A restroom4) Space for activities5) Anything else fun: water in the form of a stream or pond, exercise equipment, playground equipment, historic monuments, etc.
