酒場食堂 てんやわんやの特徴
松本市で人気の和食店で、絶品の料理が楽しめるお店です。
お店のスタッフが心温まるホスピタリティを提供し、満足感が高いです。
平日12時オープン前に行くと、絶妙な料理を堪能できるチャンスです。
平日、オープン12時なので、11:45に到着しました。お店を開店する時にはすでに行列になっており、オープンと同時に満席に。お魚をメインとした定食と、プラスして副菜が注文できる嬉しいメニュー！今回は「厚切り上鮭焼き」1,600円＋温玉を注文。サラダ、小松菜と油揚げのおひたし、ピリ辛筑前煮、ご飯、赤だしの味噌汁が付いて来ました。鮭は「おぉっ！」と声が出るほどの厚み！（2,5cm程）ふっくらとしていて、油っぽさもなく美味しかったです。特に！お米が美味しいのは嬉しいです！次回は大盛りにします。私達が1番目に入店、退店すると13時でした。注文→提供→退店まで1時間ほどかかるので、オープン前に並んでおくか、13時過ぎを狙うかしか入れなさそう。

★★★★★ An absolute gem in Matsumoto – outstanding food and wonderful hospitality!We are travelling around Japan for nine weeks, and this little restaurant has given us one of our most memorable food experiences so far.We stumbled upon it for lunch and were completely blown away. The food is absolutely outstanding — beautifully prepared, full of flavour, imaginative and clearly made with enormous care and pride. Everything we tried was delicious, from the incredible homemade salad dressing to the slow-braised beef tendon and pork ribs, the more adventurous Japanese specialities and the fabulous local sake.The restaurant itself is lovely, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, but what really makes it special is the people. The service is exceptional — genuinely warm, friendly and attentive. You feel like a welcome guest rather than just another customer.We enjoyed our first lunch so much that we simply had to return the following day before leaving Matsumoto. On our second visit, we asked the staff to choose a dish they particularly wanted us to try. That is how much confidence we had in their cooking!We then noticed the congratulatory cards celebrating the restaurant's recent opening. We were absolutely delighted to discover that this wonderful little place is so new.To the team: Congratulations! You have created something truly special. Your food is exceptional, your hospitality is wonderful, and you deserve every success.We only wish we lived nearer, because we would be regular customers without a doubt!If you're visiting Matsumoto, please don't miss this place. 人気店の2号店。大変盛況で、店内は随分と忙しそうでしたが、その中でもしっかりと円滑にお店を回されており、安心して食事を楽しむことができました。特に印象的だったのは、スタッフの皆さんの働きぶりです。仕事に対する責任感からくる適度な緊張感がありながらも、決して萎縮することなく、のびのびと仕事をされているご様子。忙しい中でも、どこか伸びやかで、店内には良い空気が流れていました。厨房に立たれている方が責任者のようでしたが、その方のお人柄の良さが、スタッフの皆さんの働きぶりにも表れているのかもしれません。適度な緊張感と働きやすそうな雰囲気を両立させることは、決して容易なことではありません。それだけに、素晴らしいことだと思います。さて、肝心のお料理。いかにも「定食屋の定食！」という、奇をてらわない王道の内容。味も品揃えも期待を裏切ることなく、実に満足のいく定食でした。料理が良いのはもちろんのこと、働く方々の姿勢やお店全体の雰囲気も含めて、気持ちよく食事のできるお店だと思います。また伺いたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
