Sakura Residence サクラレジデンスの特徴
駐車場の周辺にはたくさんのゴミがあり、整体が必要です。
上層階からの眺めはとても素晴らしく、リラックスできます。
速いインターネット環境が整っており、快適な居住が可能です。
Very misleading advertisement information. I visited Sakura Residence while looking for a place to rent in the area. The brochure displayed a luxurious and modern building. Arriving at the apartments, it was very obvious that the building was dated and in serious need of renovations. The "gym" is nothing like how the pictures look. It barely had any equipment and the it had a strong smell of mold. Elevators are small, so those with household goods should look elsewhere. The apartments themselves are fully furnished and the rooms are larger than average Japanese rentals, but that is the only thing good I can say about it. The rooms also look much better in the pictures. The shuttle bus is nice but depending on your work schedule, it may not always align with what you need. It is quite a hike from base compared to other places for rent in the area. Choose wisely.
