MCXの特徴
岩国の米軍基地内に位置し、一般の人は入れません。
挽きたてのコーヒーが100円で楽しめ、手頃な価格です。
海兵隊で最大のMCXで、多様なブランド品も揃っています。
Crazy how they don’t carry any men shoe sizes under 8.5 tons of guys on base need something smaller and yall just choose not to carry it. Everyone gotta look off base. Been about a year since workers said they would let manager know to order smaller sizes. Nice to see things don’t ever change. Want any newer stuff not gonna get them at the mcx nor do they carry basic stuff like weight training belts which is surprising since it’s a marine corps base. Pretty basic. Mccs strikes again all that money and they can’t even provide basics. lol.
A large store with plenty of options, but the prices are noticeably higher than elsewhere. Many of the same items can be found in town for significantly less, and food prices in particular are about two to three times higher than the commissary located just across the street. That said, the store is convenient and offers a wide selection, which may make it worth the visit for some.
This is the biggest, emptiest MCX of them all. The prices are ridiculous. For instance, you can buy a small, yellow plastic watering can for $7 here.... or you can go to Daiso down the street and pay 110¥ for one the same size AND you can pick a color. Kids bikes are poor quality and $20-40 higher than local stores within walking distance. Bedding and furniture are way higher priced than any comparable store out in town (I got 5 pieces for our house out in town for the price of one of those items at the MCX). They will sell scented wax but not have warmers. A crock pot that was $25 at Walmart in Cali was $48 here (same exact one, 2 months apart). The women's clothing is a joke. They sell a lot of juniors clothing and skip right over sizes 4-8 in women's. I can usually find a dozen size 18 jeans (that have sat here for MONTHS) but there's nothing my size. They were also out of size 6 boys clothing for the first 6 months we were here. Need clothes for a 10 year old girl? Too bad. They have carpet cleaners but usually don't have the cleaning solution. They had a lot of bottles but not the replacement nipples that go with them. Same thing with razors and refills and vacuum cleaners/ vacuum bags. Anything in the home goods section is cheaper and nicer at Nafco. The toy selection is tiny. The priorities here are clearly alcohol sales and electronics. Do not buy electronics here!!! Even if you buy a protection plan and get it home and it's busted in the box, you're out of luck. If you need school supplies, get the list early and Amazon it.... they will get a few things in and sell out immediately. They sell a lot of snacks... (higher priced than other locations on base) but so do lots of other places on base. Most of the floor staff is super nice and helpful..... they kept this from being a 1 star review. This store does not support the needs of the community. Where is station leadership? Oh that's right, they closed the thrift store to force junior marines and their families to waste $$$$ here. Nice.

The MCX is a place to get anything you need. A forgotten item or normal household items to light groceries. This is one of the better MCX's I have been to. The staff is also friendly & attentive!
広く清潔感はありますが特に何もない。
電化製品も売ってるコストコという感じです。米ドル表示です。日本人は買う事が出来ません。

このPXは、これを書いている時点では真新しいようです。彼らには膨大な選択肢がありました。この交換での私の唯一の問題は、彼らが私に海兵隊の緑のスキビーシャツを売らないという事実でした。彼らは彼らを現役に売るだけです。理由はわかりません。私は彼が海兵隊員だったのですが、芝生の仕事やジムでの時間を過ごすために、今でも快適なスキビーシャツを着るのが大好きです。私は海兵隊での日々からすでにいくつか残っています。彼らがそれらを民間人に売ってくれたらいいのにと思います。（原文）This PX looks to be brand new at the time of writing this. They had an enormous selection. My only problem with this Exchange was the fact that they wouldn't sell me Marine Corps green skivy shirts. They will only sell them to active duty. No idea why. I used to he a Marine and I still love wearing those comfy skivy shirts for doing lawn work or time at the gym. I already have a few left over from my days in the Marines. I wish they'd sell them to civilians.

周辺のオススメ
It would be really nice if they would take the time to put the correct price tags in front of the items on the shelves, or a price tag at all for that matter. Also, if they don't want to do that small thing for us at least make sure the scanners scattered throughout the store actually worked so we can know how much things are before we walk all the way down to the register.
