Among the best ISP companies on Okinawa. Wait times for installation and transfers are dependent on NTT. GLBB does what they can to get an earlier install.
Fast and friendly service. I would have to say the only downfall is that to do pretty much anything you habe to go into the office. The service in my home was activated in 4 days which i dont think its bad since some people told me other places had over 1 week wait times for service. Location is convinient and easy to find.

When I signed up for the service they told me I need to pay $250 for the installation service if I wanted to have better internet connection at my apartment because the current connection available was a common connection that was shared between the neighborhood. Now it has been 4 months and I can’t stream anything passed 6 pm and to my luck this is the time I am home. They advertise 1g speed but expect to see about 30mb on a good day. Really disappointed
