Alojamiento increíble !!! Todas las comodidades , limpio , bien calefaccionado , excelente ubicación muy cerca de las pistas podes ir caminando . Aparte de tener la para del bus en la puerta que pasa cada media hora para ir a las pistas . El personal del hotel muy atento están pendientes de lo que necesites !!! Volveré si o si a este alojamiento !!!

I didn’t stay in the inn, but a group of friends ate at their restaurant. Thirteen years in Japan and I’d be hard pressed to name a better Japanese meal. And we didn’t just order a few items. We ate almost 50 menu items and each was spectacular.

This hotel has a homey vibe, and good thing is the room doesn't have a dusty smell. However, the lamp in the genkan area is broken (room 205); I hope they have fixed it by now.There's a shared kitchen, living room, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and fridges for storing food. Soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush are not available in the bathroom inside your room, but you can find them near the sink area on the second floor. Overall, it's a decent hotel.

The food and staff are absolutely excellent. Well worth a visit. Really nice mix of traditional style Japanese snow accommodation and traditional restaurant in a very convenient location. Access to an incredible Onsen built from a giant miso tub/barrel makes it well worth it as well. Well worth a visit to eat and or stay. Really welcoming atmosphere and lots of fun. Lots of drinks to chose from too.

Absolutely loved our stay at Wind Inn, it was tidy and quiet and provided everything we needed after a fun day on the slopes. Hayato and family provided a warm and friendly experience and excellent value for money. Although as mentioned in previous reviews there is no Onsen on site, it was an absolute privilege to be able to use the Onsen facilities up at Stelle Belle and the short walk up the road was not a problem. The on site restaurant was absolutely delicious, probably the best sushi I’ve had and I am usually not a big fan of nigiri but the tuna and salmon was so fresh. Hayato also served us some special Okinawan Sake which was a real treat and Wind Inn guests get a 20% discount so dinner was a bargain. There is a small supply of free bread, muesli, tea and coffee for a quick and easy breakfast, but best to stock up on some supplies at the local convenience store if you want a solid breakfast for a day on the slopes. I would highly recommend staying at Wind Inn if you want value for money and a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good value for money close to the slopes.The owners and staff are great and very helpful, our room had comfy beds and neat bathroom. There's breakfast and coffee in the kitchen and you have your little heater in the room as well.Just 5 min from the guest house you can use an onsen which is a great bonus.Overall great stay and beautiful location!

We have visited Hakuba 4 years in a row now and this is the second time we've stayed at The Wind Inn. The accommodation is basic but it is perfect for a snowboarding/ski trip where you spend all day on the slopes and simply use the room to sleep in. The rooms are unbelievably clean and warm and cosy with comfy beds. Having a kitchen to cook our own breakfast prior to a big day on the slopes was great, although, The Wind Inn provides cereal and a box of bread each day that guests are able to eat for free! Even tho there is no onsen on site, guests are able to use the onsen at Hotel Stelle Belle just up the road.||||Sushi Katsu is attached to The Wind Inn and is the only place we eat dinner at! The sushi and sashimi is some of the best we have had in Japan. Amongst other items on the menu, the ambience inside Sushi Katsu and extremely friendly staff make it hard to go anywhere else to eat! The owners of The Wind Inn also run the restaurant so are extremely warm and welcoming, as if they are welcoming you into their own home. We won't stay anywhere else while in Hakuba from now on and will be back again for sure!

Well lets just say the sushi isnt bad, but its definitely not great! Visited sushi/katsu and was really dissapointed! First of all the menu is boring! ||We tried all of the Chefs recommendations.||1) edamame - clearly came from a frozen packet and was cooked in a microwave!! Some were hot some were cold and some were frozen!!!||2) squid - massive chunks you could not fit in your mouth! Was overcooked and hard to stomach!||3) clams - were pretty good!!||4) Chefs sushi special - for about $50 you get 9 pieces of bland sushi with too much wasabi on the roll! ||Service was really good! Staff were all friendly but eating experience poor!!|
