Came here while waiting for the connecting flight. They were not as busy as Hermes when I visited in early afternoon. They were nice and helpful in getting the shoes I was interested.They also were very kind to check the boarding pass in case I miss my flight.Finally I got a pair of 25S Mary Jane. It is my first item from Chanel Fashion line. Really grateful for their patience and service.

I was looking for a cardholder and Appreciated for the Japanese salesperson ~ she finally grab me and my husband two bottles of water as well ~I understood how others feeling this shop as well because at last the salesperson seems not trusting me insert details belonging to my husband, she thought I insert myself details as membership. She insisted three times during i inserting that I must insert my husband details as he paid for me. I finally gets a little mad because she kept saying like a old old lady. Then told her "trust me! It's my husband details ok?!" Then she stopped saying any further 🤣

品物がないって文句言ってる日本人がいた。シャネルの買い方わからないんだろうなって思ったけど。シャネルってコレクション出た時しか品物ないのが普通ですけど。って心で思いながら買い物しましたが、、ここはほかに無いものや違う色が入ってたり、残ってる時があったりするのでタイミング合うとすごいラッキーでいつも覗きますここは。店員さんも対応良いです。
