There was a quiet day in the suburb. This little shop was one of the few shops that were opened in the area. The street has no name but there’s what people called, the Little Edo. The whole walking street are just charming with little houses and shops that were there. A small motor boats still in active on weekdays and taking people for tour ride running along the canal that runs through the whole walking street. In this shop that we went in visiting, we could find hats and ladies handbags, pouches and some small gifts. There was only one granny, who was taking care of the shop and customers at the time. She was so generous and kind, she speaks no English so we tried to find the way to communicate with her. We bought two of the handbags plus some small gifts like Japanese style pouches and small laces sack with Japanese style fabric patterns. We also found that she also produce lady hand bags, made to order and export them overseas, like Hongkong, if we translated that right. It was really charming experience to take a walk in this area.
