The highlight of our Japan trip was staying at Kominka Amane.Eriko and Isamu are wonderful people and gracious hosts. Beautiful views of the area, comfortable lodging, and the best food we had in Japan. We can’t wait to come visits again!!!Thank you, thank you, thank you

My wife and i had a wonderful airbnb stay with isamu and eriko, we felt like we were in a wellness resort peaceful walks and views across the village rice paddies and mountains delicious homemade meals and produce to enjoyHighly recommended

Out of all the accommodation in our many trips to Japan, Eriko and Isamu's home stay stands out above the rest.Their beautiful Kominka is a slice of Edo period life, complete with irori and yutanpo. You can either enjoy your own private guest room or make the most of the towering main room, each with paranoramic views of the idyllic countryside.Eriko and Isamu were the most gracious and attentive of hosts. It felt like we were staying with family.Choosing their prepared meals is absolutely recommended, especially the sukiyaki! The breakfast is also delicious.
