I stayed here for 4 nights and found the experience quite disappointing. The check-in process was very unintuitive, and it took me around 30 minutes just to figure out how to enter the hotel. Everything is self-service, and there is no convenient way to contact the helpdesk without a local phone number. Because of that, I was unable to request towel replenishment during my stay. Guests are also expected to dispose of their own rubbish at the end of their stay, so I would say that service is practically non-existent at this accommodation.The room was dusty and triggered my allergies, which I did not experience in the two other hotels I stayed at in Japan during the same trip. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. The listing showed a water dispenser, but there was none available on-site. It also mentioned luggage storage, but that was not provided either, which was very inconvenient.Overall, the stay did not match what was described on the booking site. The information about amenities and services was misleading, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

Не рекомендую оставаться парам более чем на несколько дней.Через пару дней девушка обнаружила по все у телу покраснения, множество следов, похожих на укусы насекомых, вероятно всему виной состояние матраса или постельного белья.
One of the best location ever, in 5 minutes walking radius we have all the access to necessary locations: supermarkets, convenient stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Daily), Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station, a pharmacy, and a large park. The facility itself is quite good for the price we paid for. One of the best impression I have with this place is actually the admin answering questions and queries on Booking.com, they replied very promptly and were reliable for a hotel like this that runs without a reception.

Hébergement sympathique, à un kilomètre à pied de la gare de Shin-Osaka. Le métro d'Osaka 'est pas très loin à quelques centaines de mètres.||||Je retiens en premier lieu la gentillesse du staff qui fait des efforts pour parler anglais, le lieu très sécurisé, la salle commune agréable avec son café à volonté, la propreté, le confort des matelas. Que de bons points !||Les chambres sont plutôt bien équipées (machine à laver etc) même si, pour 4, la partie couchage est un peu petite.||Le quartier est très secure et a donc comme avantage sa proximité de la gare... et comme inconvénient (on peut pas tout avoir) qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'attractions ou points d'intérêts à proximité. On trouve quand même les indispensables supérettes, DAB...||Globalement une bonne adresse donc !

The rooms are clean and the decor is modern. The location is fantastic. Close to transport, restaraunts and supermarkets. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a free coffee machine! There is free beer in the room! There is free whiskey to Irish up your free coffee as you relax in the common room! I loved this place. 6 stars.
