I went here to send a small package of gifts to the U.S. I was VERY nervous as I barely speak any Japanese. I asked the lady at the counter in Japanese if she spoke English and she didn't. I pulled out my phrasebook and managed to tell her that I wanted to sent my package to the U.S. by SAL. She was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. We were able to mime out things to each other and figure out how to get it sent. Great experience.
