I can only say positive things about the team at Camel Japan in Yokohama. Mr Ohuchi (George) found the exact car I was looking for, did a pre-inspection, secured the car, serviced it, carried out the shaken, registered it, and delivered it to me. Incredible communication and updates all through the process.
Would highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a car in Japan from the auctions. They take time to find the best car for your needs and deliver the goods. They can also help when it is time to do your shaken. Thank you!
Despite the lack of positive reviews on Google and the very minimalistic website, I decided to use Camel Japan to facilitate the export services of my vehicle from Japan to the United States. I was very skeptical since the vehicle is very sentimental to me and there are not many reviews online for Camel Japan. However, the entire process went very smoothly. I surrendered my car in Yokohama, Japan and within the next week it was boarded onto a RORO vessel that arrived at the Port of Los Angeles in about two weeks. I opted to retrieve my vehicle from the port of Los Angeles, but I know Camel Japan can organize door to door transportation services.Camel Japan express mailed all necessary original export documents I need to register my vehicle.My vehicle was handled with complete care and I could not find a single scratch or dent. I felt like the price of the service was very fair for the level of care and quickness.I would recommend Camel Japan to anyone looking to ship their vehicle to or from Japan. Very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable company.

Ohuchi-San and his team were easy to communicate with, transparent, and very timely with email and telephone replies. Price was fair. I’d say this company knows what they’re doing and are trustworthy. High recommendation for unique vehicle import/export.
