2021.03.27今年は暖かくて早咲きの素晴らしい桜をゆっくりめでました。
高台にあって、木立の間から利根川が見えた。
昭和二十五年五月十日に告示された「茨城百景」の碑「長禅寺碑」です。指定名「長禅寺」包含風景「本多作左衛門の墓」旧北相馬郡の４つある指定の一つ。取手市に３つ、他に「大利根の展望（碑不明）」「岡堰」の２ヶ所。残りは守谷市の「守谷城址」です。
