It has been several months since my European-Japanese family used services of this architectural firm. Enough time to write an honest opinion, adequate to the results of work and to the impression left by the employees.There are many architectural firms in each prefecture. We chose this particular firm due to its long years of experience. That's what my husband suggested and I agreed with him.We highly recommend this firm.1.The office where we had meetings was in a different building than in the photos. Pleasant and aesthetic from outside and inside, clean, with many plants.2.The person who guided us through all stages of cooperation was a female architect. Polite, nice, with a balanced disposition, inspiring trust.How to reconcile my expectations coming from Central Europe with Japanese specifics? It's never easy. Our architect was open and listened very patiently.She honestly told us right away what was achievable and what was not.Regarding ideas that could be implemented, she honestly presented all the pros and cons. This really helped us rethink our ideas once again.Some of the tips we received from her made me skeptical, but ultimately they turned out to be a hit. She really knows her job, it was worth listening to her advice.She provided us with necessary and additional catalogs and material samples. In response to inquiries about electronic and other equipment, she advised us in a great way - without intrusive, tiring advertising on behalf of manufacturers. Everything she advised us works very well and we are very satisfied day after day.Personal, telephone and delivery contact met our expectations.As the work entered the implementation stage, she seemed to coordinate everything very well. We found her to be very hardworking. She even did some physical works (light, but time-consuming). This increased my respect for her even more.In her relations with the staff, she always seemed attentive and polite.Now, personally, I'm a big fan of the Ms. architect.3.The team performing physical work consisted of several people, about 16 in total. Differed in age, personality, field of specialization and time spent on work. Everyone was professional, polite and didn't cause any problems.The verbal and non-verbal communication from the team was conducted in a way that didn't stress me out at all. I appreciate it very much.They always cleaned up their workplaces at the end of the day. The toilet, which we provided especially for them, was also always clean.They completed the work on time, reliably and precisely.After about half a year, everything works as it should, there are no problems with the devices and materials.Their job is surely tiring and takes a lot of time, however they showed no anger when, after consulting with the coordinator but unexpectedly for them, we asked them to do an additional favor using their specialized tools.Moreover, one of the team members, on his own initiative and with his own hands, improved the functioning of something in our house when he realized that it was not working as great as it could. What an observant and kind man. It was a very nice surprise.━━━━━━━━━━━━We'd like to thank everyone who contacted us throughout the entire working process. You all did a really great job.
