This is a local family business, they are extremely welcoming and helpful. Great prices and the ski gear was good quality. Would give 6 stars if possible.
This is hands down the epitomy of service. Was recommended these guys through a friend at work. Family run business who truly look after you, every single individual in the store treats you as one of their own, it's funny how you leave the store feeling like you've been mothered. Prices very affordable, service quick and reliable with the opportunity to switch for other gear at any time. They looked after our gear over night and even returned a jacket I left in the store the day after. Hands down the best service I've received Japan wide, will never rent at any other store but here!!
Die Inhaberfamilie ist sehr nett und hat uns gut ausgestattet. Netterweise konnten wir unsere Ausrüstung schon am Vorabend gleich mitnehmen. Die Ski selbst waren super, so auch der Rest. Preis ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
Shop thuê phụ kiện trượt tuyết giá tốt hơn các shop khác mà tôi biết lại còn cả gia đình rất là đáng yêu tôi đã quay lại thêm 2 lần để thuê ở đây và tương lai vẫn sẽ như thế 😻😻😻 giày hay ván trượt đều mẫu thời trang mới. Sạch sẽ ✨✨✨ Tôi rất hài lòng 😁
Welcoming and helpful family runs the store. They took the time to make sure all the gear fit properly. No matter how many times we had to switch the boots out, they made sure the customers were comfortable!
I loved this ski rental shop. It is family run. They were super friendly and super helpful. The rental was good value and the quality of the skis and boots were great. They also rent out clothes as well. It is in imori. Our friends left over $300 in their pockets and the family made sure they got the money back. We were able to also leave our boots there when we went off skiing and then leave the skis and boots there overnight to dry. Excellent family team.

宿泊したサンバレーホテルからの紹介で利用しました。ほんの少し歩いただけで着くのでとても便利です。借りたスノーボードも4日間調子良く滑る事が出来ました。子供用に借りたウェアも良いデザインのものだったので嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

The shop is family run, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They really took the time to make sure all our gear fit properly, they were patient and made sure we were comfortable. The rental prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the skis and boots was excellent. They also have clothing rentals, which was really convenient. What stood out the most was how kind and supportive they were when we lost our GoPro they genuinely went out of their way to help us. Overall, such a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this ski rental shop.
