特にここのチキンは絶品と評判です。
All round great experience. Sitting out side in a quiet street away from all the noise of Namba. Eating amazing jerk chicken, rice and peas from a qualified Japaican. Will be back.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. The jerk chicken was great. Like why not sit on the city street and BBQ. The owner IQ was amazing and such a chill guy. A Japanese guy that speaks English was a Jamaican accent.The food was excellent just like it was when I was in the Caribbean. He did amazing with the local Japanese ingredients. Usually it’s harder for places near to make jerk or the rice and peas. The rice he did very well. Places near when making any cuisine will use Japanese rice which is too soft and sticky. For rice and peas you need Jasmine rice to make it great. Which he did!He even had all the hot sauces that paired perfectly.The jerk chicken was great and hot off the BBQ. The marinade was authentic.The side salad paired great and had that acidity.The festival (almost like corn bread) was really good.The oxtail plate was good. It had the flavor but the texture was a bit stiff.Would highly recommend this place
Let’s be honest most of us found this place thanks to that viral video 😅. But we stayed because IQ is a whole vibe! The restaurant may be small, but he still managed to accommodate the large group I brought without a problem. The food was decent, but what really stood out was the amazing service. Bonus points for his fluent Patois, deep knowledge of my culture, and his passion for sharing it with the locals. Definitely a unique and memorable experience during my stay in Osaka!

After missing out for two years in the row I finally tried this place. I can tell you it didn’t disappoint. I was brimmed with joy going inside. Along with me was a Chinese guy from Kingston Jamaica who misses good Jamaican food. We both had jerk pork and chicken combo and rice and peas. It was so delicious and the place was just awesome dive feel. Think I’ll be back tomorrow!
Wanted Jamaican food, couldn't find any in Kyoto. By chance I tried Osaka and came up, on this corner shop. I asked if there was jerk chicken and this Japanese guy who soul is clearly jamaican answered 'yeah mon' lol. We had the jerk chicken with rice and peas and a serving of festivals. Scotch bonnet pepper also available. Food tasted good. We ended up chatting. Such a relaxed ambiance. Made my stay in Osaka memorable.
ジャークチキンが絶品でした。本場ジャマイカで食べてるみたい。特別に作ってくれたドリンク「スペシャル」も最高。オーナーさんも超気さくで楽しかったです。また行きます！🔥
