My friends and I stayed at Hakuba Guest House for five nights and had the most amazing experience. A huge thank you to Koji and Chikako for making our stay so welcoming and special, we are so grateful for everything !The rooms, service, and overall atmosphere were all incredible. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home.A special thank you as well to Finn and Lewis, you were absolutely amazing and such a friendly, helpful team. 是一間很棒的住宿地方，裡面的裝飾也非常棒，非常喜歡。這裡的員工也非常的和善也樂於助人。他們有足夠的廁所，浴室，讓你在使用上非常方便，另外他們都很熱心，再情況允許的話，還會載你們到雪場！
オーナーさんや従業員の方達の対応が素晴らしかったです。朝晩ともにごはんはとても美味しかったです、別料金ですが晩ごはんにオーダーした鍋は特に美味しかった。料金が安めなのでお風呂等の施設は質素な感じですが周りに公共の銭湯がいくつかあるのでそこに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。壁が薄いからか子連れや酔っぱらいの人達と被ると音が気になるかなと思います。また機会があれば行きたいと思いました。

Stayed here back in February2026. It was our first time in Hakuba and Koji-san and Chikako-san made it easy for us to fall in love with the place. They are the most lovely, welcoming, and helpful host. They would go out of their way to help you and make your stay and incredible experience. Would definitely come back and 💯 % recommend this place. Doumo arigato gozaimasu!
