妹尾駅から徒歩圏内にあり、フラッと１人で入っても店主がたくさん話し掛けてくれるので居心地が良いですメニューも豊富で味も抜群です。
Westerner visiting on a recent visit to Japan. I speak only a little Japanese.This area is quite a bit off the main tourist route - I have family living in the area, otherwise I'd have no reason to be here.A small and intimate atmosphere. I sat at the bar, and the owner and other customers were very friendly, and in good humour - made me feel very welcome, even with the language barrier.The owner did his best to tell me about his trip hitchhiking around London and Europe when he was 18 (without being rude, it was a few decades ago, as he had a few years wisdom about him). Even showed me a few photos. A nice guy.Food was good, although I am no expert on Japanese cuisine.Cold beer was flowing, and the Izakaya was nice and warm - perfect for a chilly night.Will return next time I visit the area.
