I went here twice while on a 10 day trip to Tokyo with some friends it was just across the road from my Hotel (APA Hotel Kodemmacho-Ekimae) the staff were very friendly and attentive the service was excellent. The only downside is that it was slightly expensive for my budget (but you come to expect that in Tokyo.) Would probably go again if I had more money.
