The vehicle quality is on par with the price - very cheap. Totally clean and no issues though. All the negative Japanese reviews are complaining about the service quality but I thought it was just fine. They even advised me to fill up at a different gas station before returning since the affiliated gas station is really expensive. One weird hiccup where they were adamant that my emergency contact be a blood relative which no other rental has asked for me even in this chain. Other than that though no complaints.
