This place was great! My husband and I had an hour to spare and were hoping to find a massage place (we had just done a 3 day walking tour and we had sore legs and backs).We tried to go to one place near the train station but it was perhaps, not the place for us.We found Nagomi on line and went over a few minutes early (they open at 12). They were able to accommodate us (no reservation) and we both got decent massages for a good price. The ladies there were very nice too. They didn’t speak much English (and we spoke no Japanese) but between online translation apps and sign language, it worked ok.They are on the second floor and the google directions were a little off. But we found it ok.

American traveller here. I walked in today without an appointment and the nice woman was able to take me. It was by chance, but had a good experience since I was hurting all over from a snowboarding fall and walking around a lot. She was able to zero in on my problem areas and feel refreshed. considering going there again since 60 minutes was not enough. Definitely a language gap, but was able to communicate sufficiently. :)
