美味しいコーヒーやホットチョコレートが楽しめるお店です。
接客がとても好印象でした。日本人店員もいました。予約せずに開店直後（7時過ぎ）に行きましたが、客はほとんどいなくてすぐにレンタルすることができました。ボードセット4,500円、その後スキー靴を持参してスキーにギアチェンジし、追加料金1,500円でした。
スタッフは非常に親切丁寧で、ギアの質も高いです。友達にもオススメしたい\u0026また利用したい店です。

スノーボードレンタルで利用。初めては八方1号店にて、2回目は八方尾根のゴンドラ側にある八方2号店を、100cmのスノーボードが用意されている事が決め手でたまたま利用。スタッフとサービスも素晴らしいです。1号店を利用した時もそうでしたが、ギアはレンタルでありがちなガッカリ感とは無縁でデザインもクオリティも良く、より雪山での時間を楽しめました。友人にもオススメしたい\u0026また利用したいと思えるshopです！次回は、併設されたカフェも利用したい。

We had a minor problems with our first booking however they were very helpful to resolve it immediately. Great coffee! Super thankful the man at coffee shop. The skis themselves were excellent quality, well waxed, properly prepared, and performed really nicely on the slopes. The staff were also genuinely lovely: very attentive, welcoming, and provided a warm, professional service throughout the fitting and collection. That side of the experience was great.Unfortunately, the ski boots were a major let-down. They were dreadfully uncomfortable, feeling as though they had virtually no padding left at all, as if they’d already been used hard for several seasons. This significantly impacted the skiing experience and really shouldn’t happen with paid rental equipment.The most disappointing part, however, was the lack of any refund or flexibility. We paid for a 5-day rental (which is not cheap), but due to an unexpected family emergency we had to leave after just 2 days. Despite explaining the situation, no refund or partial credit was offered, which felt very unfair and lacking in customer care.Overall: great skis and lovely staff, but poor boot quality and a rigid, unsympathetic refund policy really took the shine off what could otherwise have been an excellent experience.
