新茶を買いに行きました。お店はとっても清潔感があって開放的です。駐車場も停めやすくて助かりました。淹れていただいたお茶はもちろん美味しく、香りにも癒されました。珍しいお菓子も販売されていたのでたくさん購入しました。何より最高だったのは、接客してくださった三人のお姉さま方がお話上手で感じが良く、笑顔がとても素敵でした！お茶のお値段はリーズナブルなのに、とっても美味しいです。後味がほんのり甘くて脳までスッキリ。また行きます！

My grandparents, who were born and raised in Yame, have been buying tea here for generations. It is a historic local producer that continues Yame’s tea culture quietly and authentically.All teas are single-origin, produced in-house using high-quality leaves harvested from high-elevation tea fields in Hirokawa and Joyo, areas nationally known for premium Japanese tea. Cultivars such as Yame Okumidori, Yame Saemidori, Seimei, and Yabukita are processed with cultivar-specific techniques, resulting in refined aroma, deep umami, and excellent balance. For matcha lovers, their selection includes ceremonial grade Yame Matcha, which offers a vibrant color and a profound, smooth sweetness🔥🔥Many of these teas have received awards at national Japanese tea competitions and the Japan Tea Awards, yet they are sold at very reasonable farm-direct prices. This level of quality at these prices is exceptionally rare✨Another major highlight is that many seasonal teas are available only at this physical shop and cannot be purchased online. Depending on the season, the selection includes Yame Traditional Hon-Gyokuro,Yame matcha, kabusecha, sencha, and Yame nutty roasted hojicha🍵The Yame Okumidori kabusecha I purchased was exceptionally good, with rich umami and a clean, elegant finish.
