12/13/2024 The staff was very helpful when I tried to mail all my letters and a package to my home country in America. I have the hardest time understanding how to register a package online that I made a mistake and that it would have cost me 4,000 yen. But the staff took a lot of their time and effort to fix my mistake and they saved me a lot of money. Things to the staff I was able to send all the Christmas card I wanted to send to my family in America.
