溝ノ口洞穴で移動販売車として来ていました。メディアやキッチンカーなど精力的に頑張っているみたいです。暑かったので、柚子とお茶のドリンクを飲んでみました。作る工程を見ていましたが、とても丁寧にお茶を淹れていました〜面白かったです♪スッキリとした味わいでした☆

This tea tastes great! I can definitely recommend it. Especially one tea was surprising me and I will definitely show it to all my friends.I was so happy that Mataki-San 又木さん arranged a date for me and my friends to visit. He took his time to show us around and answer all our questions. And of course we drank the tea from the farm. Mataki-San 又木さん has a very cute place for trying the tea. You can enjoy the view on the tea fields while he prepares your cup. He explained everything about the production process and answered all our questions. We even got shown around the factory and the tea fields. I learned so much about tea, thanks to the great teacher.又木さん produces very nice tasting Kabusecha かぶせ茶. I can recommend it. He also produces AoHōjicha 青焙じ茶. It was my first time I ever tasted this special type of roasted tea. It has a perfect balance between the roasted taste you may know from Hōjicha 焙じ茶 but it also has the distinctive umami taste of of his kabusecha かぶせ茶. The roast flavor does not cover the umami flavor, Mataki-San 又木さん pairs both of it perfectly for a very unique experience. You should try it yourself!
