中頭方東街道(ハンタ道)の特徴
川でカニやメダカを見つけることができ、自然が豊かです。
絶景を楽しめるハイキングコースで心が癒されます。
風景が美しく、思い出に残る素晴らしい体験ができます。
I am not sure why more people don't walk this, it has more stairs then Okinawa's Stairway to Heaven on one side (I know I counted them andy legs are killing me) and the other side is one historical marker after another. So if you are seeking exercise or a relaxing stroll its a win! Very clearly marked path and lots to look at and enjoy. There is plenty of street parking and the road is not busy by main entry point. I went on a Saturday and it was very peaceful.
Today the weather was beautiful so I decided take a walk on the Historical Walking Path Trail of Nakagusuku. It was very shady and I could hear the sounds of birds the whole way. I parked in a lot by the trail but I’m honestly not to sure if it was for the trail. If not, then I have no idea where you could park. I didn’t get to go the whole way because I didn’t have the time. There are a lot of steps so keep that in mind if you have knee issues. It was a nice little workout and I saw a very pretty view of the city and water. I would definitely come back to get my steps in and I want to see what is at the end.
川にはカニ、メダカいました。降りやすい石段あります。小さい子もOk!昔、家から職場（畑）の通勤路となっていた様子が伺えます。今も耕作している畑横の道なので、農家さんへの挨拶はしっかり行って下さいね。
Beautiful hike with an outstanding view!
Nice walk with some gorgeous views and great scenery. Plenty of stairs though, so it can be a little bit of a workout. Would visit again for how peaceful it was.
