超級貼心體貼的老闆娘，而且超級可愛的喲！除了乾淨清爽的住宿環境，幫我們準備的午餐餐盒，居然因為天氣熱還外加冷凍果凍以及保冰袋，是不是超級讓人感動的？！
Stopped by one night at this very special @koguchi, the host is very nice and easy to talk to. The two kiwi trees in front of the house amaze us even not fruit yet. Superb quiet and peaceful countryside.
Absolutely beautiful house, the host Naoko San was very helpful and made us breakfast super early and drove us to the start of the trail at 5am in the morning 🥹Thanks to her we got to the Nachi san temples a good hour and a half before they closed (16:30) to get the 御朱印 and stamps :)The bath was hot (you can adjust the temperature to actual degrees) and all the rooms were clean and beautiful.It was really cold the day we stayed and the heater in our room stopped midnight (I think it was set to shut at 6 hours or something), but the bed was really warm and we turned it on the next morning, so it wasn't that much of a trouble.The traditional 被爐 was such a gem.
かわいらしい女性オーナーの宿。オーナーは配慮が行き届いて、相談もしやすい。自由に使えるキッチン(お湯も沸かせるし、フリードリンクもある。)、コタツがある談話室があって、トイレ、お風呂も綺麗です。熊野古道からは離れた位置にありますが、送迎もしてくれるなど、至れり尽くせり。それなのに、熊野古道としては破格の値段。オススメです☺️
During my two-month journey through Japan, I stayed in numerous ryokans and private accommodations, but this place stood out as the best by far. The host was incredibly kind, and the house itself was stunning, exuding a warm, home-like charm. Staying here felt like stepping back in time, living a peaceful story set in the Japanese countryside, surrounded by mountains and rice paddies. The pouring rain and foggy weather added to the atmosphere, making the experience feel even more magical—like being in a dream.
心落ち着く田舎です空気が違います。
We stayed here after hiking from Yunomine Onsen to Koguchi. It was a cold day, and we ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. We found the payphone, and Naoko picked us up within ten minutes, which was incredible because we were freezing! She welcomed us into her beautiful home and had a hot bath waiting, which was pure bliss after a cold day of hiking. It’s hard to explain how amazing this felt! We spent the afternoon being cozy, reading and playing games under the kotatsu. For dinner, Naoko made us delicious deer sukiyaki as well as an amazing breakfast before our hike. Hiking to Nachi the following day was a bit arduous with snow coming down, and Naoko’s warmth and yummy bento box gave us strength along the way. This was truly such a special stay and one of our absolute favorite experiences on our 2.5 week honeymoon in Japan. We hope to return one day soon. Thank you, Naoko-san!
Fabulous host who couldn't do more to make our stay comfortable and set us up for our last day on the trail.
Recently stayed here along our hike of the Kumano kodo trail. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the food was incredible and the house is beautiful! Very happy we stayed here, definitely one of the highlights of our Japan trip.

周辺のオススメ
Mitten in der Natur, umgeben von einem schönen Obstgarten, liegt das gemütliche Haus der Großmutter von Gastgeberin Naoko-san. Wir haben die Unterkunft komplett für uns zu zweit gebucht, weil wir uns während des Wanderns erholen wollten. Und das ist gut gelungen, auch wegen des hervorragenden Essens, das uns Naoko-san serviert hat. Es war sehr nett hier.
